Wow...

Derek and Rachel were in town this weekend so our house instantly becomes a very small frat house. The dishwasher runs 4 times a day and you can't step on carpet without smashing cereal and kicking a sippy cup. But we LOVED having them. Austin and Lola had so much fun together, the two littles rolled around and stared at each other and Rachel and I managed to run in the seasons first 5K downtown. Of course Rachel missed the memo that 5K's are actually used for gossip and made me run the whole way. And we have the Busche's heading this way this weekend so talk about frat house, adding 5 more people to this 3 bedroom home will be comical.

Here are the girls enjoying the tent, they had the cat in there with them at one point.

We put the girls in our room and gave their room to Lola and Lillian.

Lil' Bit's first experience with J-ello! She was impressed and needed a bath immediately afterwards.

Lola and Derek hanging out before bedtime.

I put Lil' Bit up on a chair next to Austin while we were watching Lilo and Stitch last night. The caption of this picture should read..."Holy Shit! I'm sitting next to my sister! :-)"

It's beautiful out!

It's absolutely beautiful out today, so we all had to get in a good dose of Vitamin D.

I always thought the whole iPhone phenomenon was crazy but I have to tell you that I am completely in love. Did you realize that you can setup your photo stream so when you take pictures, like the ones featured in this post, it will automatically dump them on your computer...instantly. So there's no more uploading or backing up your phone. Steve Jobs (RIP) and your team of geeks my hats off to you, because that is just about the coolest thing I have run into all week.

Austin has never really understood what the basketball hoop was but we went and watched the Harlem Globetrotters the other night and low and behold something must have clicked because here she shooting baskets while I smile so big my face hurt.

Lil' Bit's first time crawling around in the grass...albeit dead grass but it didn't seem to bother her.
